Party Team Training
Goal: Develop the systems and training to perpetuate a premium business offering that aligns with all stakeholders’ vision and the business plan. Organize and facilitate the opening team selection and training, while training your management and future trainers, for a smooth and profitable opening and ongoing operation.
- Installation and training of party / group event system to the opening team
- Management / marketing / party supervisors / train the future trainer training (2 hours)
- Party marketing / booking agent / Data base training - (2 hours)
- Youth Groups / Holiday Events training (3 hours)
- Party team training - two evening sessions - (total 9 hours)
- Training style includes lecture, live demonstration, role play and fluency training
- Party team practice facilitation - (3 hours)
*Travel expense additional on all site visits (flight, hotel, auto, gas, parking, $60 per diem per day)
