Guest Experience
FL Price GX (Guest Experience) System Development
Three (3) hours virtual coaching and prep work (utilizing FL Price GX development training modules and templates for you to customize) Including: GX culture, performance agreement, service foundation, GX journey path, personality hiring system, orientation and emotional engagers.
FL Price Site training (One day site visit - travel additional)
- Three (3) hours all staff attend (base foundation and GX onboarding) For those who missed this presentation. it can be accessed online, through the FL Price GX Training modules.
- Two (2) hours supervisor / lead / management GX installation and GX productivity training
- Two (2) hours GX initiative leadership, ongoing coaching/training, online GX module uses and reinforcement tactics.
- FL Price online GX training module access will be used in the site visit training and trained for future use. The first 2 months access are included in the above fee, (60 days prior to on-site training date) and then $150 per month thereafter – min 6-month subscription, open-ended agreement after 6 months.
Price Party/Events Programing

FL Price Site training (One day site visit - travel additional)
- Four (4) hours entire party team attends (base party team foundation and onboarding)
- Three (3) hours party supervisor / jedi lead / management new party system installation, practice repetition and ongoing training, online party module uses and reinforcement tactics.
- FL Price online Party team training module will be used in the site visit training and trained for future use. The first 2 months are included in the above fee, (60 days prior to on-site training date) and then access is $150 per month thereafter – min 6-month subscription, open-ended agreement after 6 months.
Personality HR system
FL Price HR System Development - recruiting, hiring, training, and retention
Three (3) FL Price hours virtual coaching and prep work (utilizing FL Price development training modules and templates to customize) Including: job descriptions, performance agreement, HR journey path and personality hiring system and orientation.
FL Price Site training (One day site visit - travel additional)
- Four (4) hours FL Price leads and trains Audition (3-4)
- Three (3) hours HR system training for management or hiring supervisor. Including personality sifting and placement, recruiting plan, audition detail, leadership training and retention programs.
- Ferret Personality online App and personality assessment tool ($250 set up fee waived) $44 per month
